Service Charge

On booking your appointment we will require a Service Charge of £150 for hair system services and 50% for hair services. You can book and pay this online.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Service Charge – £150 for hair system services and 50% for hair services.

We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should a cancellation or date change occur. The service charge will be applied if, unfortunately, we do not receive 24 hours’ notice.

On The Day Of Your Appointment  

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment and you will have to pay the service charge fee.

Complaints Procedure

We guarantee our products and services for a period of 14 days. If you are unhappy with your hair service, hair system or hair product please contact us within this time by emailing us at frankiesays@frankiecochrane.com and we will do our best to rectify the situation. If you do not contact us within this time frame unfortunately we will be unable to offer a redo, replacement or refund.

Hair Colour Patch Testing 

We adhere to a hair colour safety protocol which means that a quick patch test will need to be performed at least 48 hours prior to your hair colouring appointment to test for any allergies. This involves applying a small dab of hair colour product behind your ear to test for any irritation.

You will need to book in for a patch test if you are new to our salon. You will also need to book in for a patch test if you have not had your hair coloured by us within the past 6 months or you have had your hair coloured elsewhere in-between visits to our salon.
