Most men start with one of our standard hair systems, which can be fitted and styled much sooner; a custom hair system is made to order to your own specification and takes three months to produce. Our standard systems have 6 inch hair, cut and styled to suit you.

What happens at your first hair system consultation?
If you have not worn a hair system before, you start with a 30-minute consultation with one of our hair system experts, in our London salon or online. It costs £25, and we give you the £25 back as a credit if you go ahead with a new hair system.

- We talk you through base types, hair types and lengths, and how each system is fitted.
- If you are not a suitable candidate for hair replacement, we will tell you honestly.
- We tell you how long your hair system will take to fit, cut and style.

How do you look after a hair system? Refits and upkeep
A hair system needs regular care to keep looking natural. Our clients usually have a hair system haircut every 6-8 weeks, a refit and style every 12 weeks, and a new hair system every 3-6 months. We don’t lock clients into contracts.
- Refit & Style (2 hours) – removal of the system, cleaning, conditioning, refit, and a cut and style of your natural hair.
- Cut & Style (60 minutes) – for a system you have already cut and fitted yourself.
- Colouring, perming and customisation – to change or refresh your look.
- Your own system – we can usually fit most natural hair systems bought elsewhere, including PU membrane, tape and lace systems.
- Aftercare advice – how to wash and style your system, which products to use, and when to rebond it.

Hair system questions
How long does a hair system last?
Most of our clients replace their hair system every 3-6 months. How long yours lasts depends on how much you sweat, your exercise routine and how you look after it, and we give you aftercare advice to help it last.
How long does it take to get a custom hair system?
We need three months to make a custom hair system to your specification. Standard systems can be bought and styled much sooner, and we will tell you the timing at your consultation.
Are your hair systems real hair?
Yes. We mainly use Indian human hair, ethically sourced from temples in India where people donate their hair. Grey hair is not always 100% human hair.
Is a hair system a cure for hair loss?
No. A hair system is not a cure for baldness and it is not a hair transplant. Our systems are non-invasive, drug free and non-medical: they replace the look of the hair you have lost.
