| Consultations are necessary if you have not had a hair system before. They take 30 minutes with one of our hair system experts, but we give you the £25 back as a credit if you decide to go ahead with a New Hair System. | |
What is the difference between Standard, Lace and Combination?
The price changes with the base, which is the thin material the hair is knotted or looped into. Our Standard systems (£699 fitted) use a polyskin base, a thin see-through film that sits flat to the scalp like a contact lens. It gives a natural-looking hairline and is bonded on with a hypo-allergenic bond (a skin-safe glue). Our Lace system (£749 fitted) uses a fine mesh base. It is our most breathable option and is attached with tape rather than bond. Our Combination system (£799 fitted) joins a polyskin bonded base with lace, so you get ventilation and a bonded fit that lasts. All our standard systems are 6 inches long and made from human hair, which we cut and style into your own hair. Custom systems are made to order and take 3 months to produce. What does it cost to keep a hair system?
After your first fitting, you pay for maintenance visits and for new systems as your current one wears. Most of our clients book a Hair System Haircut every 6-8 weeks to keep the blend with their natural hair sharp. They book a Refit & Style every 12 weeks, at £199 for 2 hours. That covers removal of the system, cleaning, conditioning, refit, and a cut and style of your natural hair. A new hair system is usually needed every 3-6 months. How long each one lasts depends on your skin, your hair, how much you sweat and how you look after it. We will tell you honestly what your system needs each time we see it. Do you lock clients into contracts?
No. We do not lock clients into contracts, and we do not sell packages you have to use up. You pay for each visit when you have it, and you book the next one when you need it. That keeps you in control of what you spend. We also guarantee our products and services for a period of 14 days.
